A commitment by subnational governments to tackle the climate emergency through integrated food policies and a call on national governments to act.

The official presentation of the Glasgow Food and Climate Declaration will take place at the Glasgow City Chambers on the COP26 Nature Day. The high-level event will celebrate subnationalleadership on food systems sustainability with a panel discussion introduced by Cllr Susan Aitken, leader of Glasgow and moderated by former UN Special Rapporteur on the right to food and City of Istanbul representative, Ms. Hilal Elver.
